Well, its skipping all development like mc wants create tv then its magicaly appear and wants gun its appear. There is no mention about development only wants then appear in the desk from subordinate. There is lack of background and interactions
This novel is a prime example, that intelligence doesn't equal wisdom. The mc is a supposed genius, but some of his decisions are just plain stupid or questionable at the least.

I think the way of writing of character is very good but i feel annoying because he make the people like a tool,just copy from him i think he want invent eveerything from himself which i do not like it make the fastest lost the process that i like and also there are no update on the how he had help ruthenian in industrialized and also there no story on the process of use of minirial(the feeling proud of having minerals like oil etc,he for got to show the business side he only know to time skip everything which is disappointed me alot i expect him be like mc of 'the burgarian empire novel').It would better also if the villian change from the black hand to the struggle to superpower between the country,also the story line is progress by fast which eleminate the fun thing who do not want to know how being superpower affect the empire and the people.it would be better if it show the perspective of the people in the empire how he bring new change.
Rating at chapter 275. Boy does this novel need an editor. It’s not as bad as so of the novels on here but it’s enough after chapter 50 that you will have to actively insert or edit words yourself while reading. The primary element missing is the use of articles. For the world building, it is super interesting as some things are the same as Thomas’ original timeline and others deviate. This book would be a solid five and have more chapters purchased if it got a good treatment from an editor.

Great novel, I highly recommend anyone looking for a new novel to read to check this one out. I started reading this as buffer read between the next novel I was going to read and got sucked into the story and couldn't stop reading.
Good historical story would either good as close as the reality OR good as parody of the reality. But if the story was neither of that one, that would make it annoying, not likeable kingdom building. Just like this novel, for me it would be the later, neither good as real or good as fantasy. Might as well author write that MC could made beggar become supergenius and become God in this novel 😂
I just finished this read and thoroughly enjoyed the novel. It is the standard reincarnation theme, where the MC is talented engineer and biochemist, who is reborn as the heir to the alternate world Russian throne. In this world, the Russian revolution was avoided due to the intervention of the MC and introduces constitutional monarchy, similar to the British monarchy. We have the typical bad guys plotting bad events and the MCs interaction are interesting to read. With his knowledge of his own world, he evelates the countries peoples lives from poverty and illiteracy to become world leaders in lifestyle and technology. Even though some of the technological advances seem rushed, I found the novel quite enjoyable and in places heart warming This is a worthwhile novel to read and I noticed the author has 2 other release, so I’m going to hit them up now Great job 👍
Really good novel with high potential, but unfortunately, it's just another beta simp mc who's getting so excited over a girl he just kissed, like hes about to lick her feet...like bruh, hasn't he been with lots of women in his previous life, it's just horrible and weird for an emperor to be such a SIMP, CHAD emperor is what we approve, than again very good novel and potential
Writing quality: excellent. Very few issues with this, and most of them I only spotted because I’m an editor and literally do that for a living. Update stability: moot. I read this after it had already been completed and there were no more updates to be had. Story development: really good. It bordered on being too unbelievable and breaking my suspension of disbelief at times because everything just happened to always fall into place in the MC’s favor. There were good antagonists driving the plot, though, and that kept me interested enough to see it through. Character design: borderline irrelevant. Characters only exist to do one thing, or maybe two, and are then discarded and forgotten until the next time the author needs that specific job done. That said, this is an almost wholly kingdom-building novel, so characters are forced to take a step back from the limelight so the MC can shine as a kingdom builder. World background: flimsy. It’s very obvious that this is set in an alternate history of the real world. So you can imagine my surprise when I saw that there was blatant, said-in-as-many-words anti-communist sentiments written in black and white. Especially given the platform; I am honestly surprised this didn’t get axed the first time the author did that. Overall: this is one of the best kingdom building novels I’ve read, despite its flaws. It reminds me a lot of my favorites in the genre, which were written by Eric Flint and published around 20-odd years ago. That said, if you don’t enjoy kingdom building, you probably won’t like this one. If you do, however, then you’ll be a fan.
It's an interesting story and the concept of being reborn in a fallen empire as a crown prince is intriguing. However the author failed to deliver the details and reality of various situations, or at least for me. People's reactions and actions, his behavior around his sisters and etc made it hard for me to continue reading this.
For a reincarnation and Kingdom building novel. This is absolutely splendid in many ways. Love how Alexander struggles to industrialise his failing empire and finally how keeps it at forefront of tech despite the many enemies fighting him. It's a must read!
One of the best novels I have read, totally worth the time and effort. If you want something long and something good I recommend this one, I like the way he improves constantly and the way author makes it so that it doesn't just focus on one concept. Absolutely awesome (:
I followed from the start but this novel is getting boring overtime.. gonna stop for now gonna try to read it again next year if it shows on my radar.

To be honest it's a great book. How it encompasses the key details of the world the author lives in is amazing , just don't like the tsundere sis.... ughh.. all in all his own strength as emperor will be needed... like his own army

The author has all my respect for making a good novel that doesn't need things like Harem to get a lot of readers. The story is just very entertaining and you end up even learning new things about technology, politics and history.

So about this book of mine well it'll be like kingdom building with a mix of slice-of-life, romance, modern knowledge, politics, wars, conspiracy et cetera. Yes, this is not a harem book so don't expect mc having two or three couples, as it is against the law. If you're looking for something new, especially in the genre of kingdom building isekai, then this book is for you. Trust me, you'll like it.
