"When exactly would I have told you?" Joshua asked, sternly. "Would it be when we said hello, or when we were knocking boots?"
"When you knew about the girl's tea." Gina said. "You could have said something like, Lucy drugged me and had her way with me before, so be careful what you take from her."
"I didn't think that would be a suitable time." Joshua said. "It is more of a private matter, not really one for the dinner table in front of everyone and all the servants."
"And yet here we are talking about it." Gina said. "Though, you are right. The one I should be mad at is Lucy. She has had the last twenty-five years to tell me and did not."
"I think I left my cauldron bubbling in the other room…" Lucy said as she got up from the table to leave. "Bye!" She yelled as she ran out of the room as fast as she could.
