Chapter 143: Alexa's Quest Part 2

Alexa and June went upstairs where all the rooms for the inn were located. The bottom floor was devoted to an empty bar and the bath. Alexa chose the room closest to the stairs and June picked the one adjacent to it.

The rooms were rather nice and spacious. They had a large bed that was soft, with a chest to store valuables. A small table was also located in the room, as well as a window that gave a view of the mountain top the village was located on. If it were not for the mysterious beast rampaging through the area, it would be a lovely place for a vacation.

Towels hung up along the back wall. Alexa stripped off her clothing and wrapped herself in the towel. He exited her room as June did the same. They both made their way down to the bath and prepared to get in. The room was large, and the water was warm and steaming.
