Write a reviewhello, Can you review this book----------------------------------------------------------------THE PART OF NO RETURN : FIRST HUMAN EMPIRE------------------------------ Please
(I read up to chapter 34 before giving this review) The story is good but the way it is told is very boring, I know the background develoment is necessary but the way it is told is boring. It's like i am reading some theory of some type. Very few interactions between characters. The character is doing nothing All things are done by AI That's why it's too boring to read.
I am the God of Technology I decided to read to read a short novel as I often do between two long stories. And as I finished reading the very good “Humanity’s Greatest Mecha Warrior System”, I settled for this short tale also in the Sci-Fi genre. Sadly, it seems that I recently have no luck with short novels, as “I am the God of Technology” appeared to have an alright rating at first but in fact quickly became a drag, until it devolved in disgust. Dante is a okay overall protagonist, more an anti-hero, self-centered pretty much except when his family or love interest are involved. Not a complete sociopath, but definitely not a good person. His paramour Beatrice is a fine character with a detailed background, also more on the anti-hero side of the morality compass, but still right (she is in fact better written than the MC). Alas, beside them, the family and a couple other characters, the rest of the cast is quite bareboned. The setting and the story are low points of the tale. The protagonist has the power to switch between universes, first his seemingly native contemporary Earth universe and the space-opera Eternal Universe, then a number of quantum computer created universes with various elements of fantasy (western and eastern), science, post-apocalyptic or even anime, each with its own power system. Since all of these elements are introduced in a relatively short time, I felt like there was overwhelming arrival of new elements, but no real development in depth, just the parts that allow the MC to power level by taking advantage of the interaction between his universe-hoping power and the various systems of the worlds he visits. Beside the romance with Beatrice, the story is pretty much just that when I finished. The writing is another bad spot of the novel. First, Kotaro overuses breaking of the fourth wall in a not very subtle way, either directly or with references to other media franchises, so much that I felt I had in front of me a story that could not stand on its own. Next, not only there are a number of typos, misspelling and grammar errors, but the style itself can be qualified as raw, dry and stuffed. The author doesn’t try to ease the reading, especially when he gives huge list of items, powers or others things that make the novel appears less a sci-fi tale and more a technical manual or a catalogue. I had to force myself in a number of chapter and it is one of those lists, one full of plagiarised materials that made me drop. Because yes, I dropped this novel, a rare thing, but between the unrefined style, the overabundance of references, the lack of depth of the various universes and the just okay protagonist, I already had a hard time carrying on with my reading, but the plain plagiarism, even before the mid-point of the book was the last straw for me. My final verdict is a 3 out of 10. Now, I’m moving to a fantasy story, which I hope will show it is worth its high ratings.
Acabei de começar e não dá vontade de parar . Vou chegar atrasado no trabalho porque queria devorar tudo de uma vez.
Everything was really good, it could have been a good harem with 2 wives but i understand that people can be cranky with that
one of the best stories so far that I have red and still read. was introduced by the recommended but is not disappointing 😀[img=recommend][img=update]
Rapid storyline, well designed universe of endless possibilities. Lots of potential for a sequel. It ended too soon for my liking. Most quick endings leave a bitter aftertaste, but this is definitely an exception to that.
.author i personally feel the novel ending not complete like what happend after the huge powerup and second gate thing...did he win the fight with deus guy what happend after second gate . its feels like novel went from 0 to 98 gradually but came to stop abruptly at 99 ...without ever being completely 100% , please reply
Reveal SpoilerVery nice Web novel overall. I generally tend to skip over the training and skill description, because it displays too much for me. I like the concept and kinda like the execution of it. What i like about the Web Novel is about the Zero Gate and energy stuff. And the revival or Portia
Reveal SpoilerIt's ok but MC is super cringe lol............................................................... .............................. .............................
I Just finished the novel and I loved it, the only sad part is that its short, but It does not have any fillers so thats a plus, I am willing to read all your other novels but I just saw a comment asking you if this novel doesnt have NTR like Guild Wars or not NTR at all, does GW have ligth NTR (like in an illusion or something) or its just with a clone or something like that? I'm ok with the second but I dont know about the first.
this is not one of those typical brain-dead novels, somehow, it's so well written that somehow i'm still reading the book despite the fact that the nearly no-harem thing almost made me not pick it, I won't spoil but, the plot around the mc and the story in general is relatively airtight, those saying the mc doesn't develop as a character were just not patient enough. that aside, i really want a harem but so far, as at chapter 273, no worthy girls have been introduced for my bruv's harem, the headmistress might have been possibly considered but recent developments make her not to be the first choice. i wanted an oyakodon with Portia but that won't happen as the author is a true love person. Overall, this is a pretty good story without the heavy emotional stuff, there's one instance of true lemons, it is relatively fast-paced and with a lot of potential so give it a try everyone
Best thing I ever read. Since the beginning of reading it kept me alive and waiting for a new chapter.
It was fine until the main character started sharing his powers with everyone. The storyline would have been much better if he remained on Earth, gained the ability to enter games or movies, and later retrieve items from those worlds. I would probably still stop reading it if the MC tells everyone about his abilities.
A fraudulent investment trading platform misled me into investing on their platform with the promise of a 15% daily profit, but I culminated up losing roughly £76,000 worth of cryptocurrency. I was losing everything to the point that I struggled to finance my expenses or support my family. I was utterly ashamed of myself and felt moderately disappointed in myself. A recovery masters CYBERPUNK recovery was found when I had to conduct a google search. cryptocurrencies funds can be recovered from lost or stolen cryptocurrencies by CYBERPUNK Recovery, an entity that specialized in this field. In my favor, they were able to retrieve my monies once I quickly contacted them and explained my situation. To any victim out there seeking to get their money back, I’ll suggest CYBERPUNK:contact CYBERPUNK at:(cyberpunk1(@)cyberservices.com)
It's good but the MC makes too many assumptions about powers and such (they mostly turns out true cause plot) and it's off putting and feels narcissistic, but he grows and adapts.
Not a bad story but the updating stability is horrible.. some times it’s a chapter a day, some times it’s 2 chapters a day, some times its a chapter a week, sometimes it’s a chapter every other week..
Hopd Novel about Technology, But Still Underwhelm The Fictitious Potential Of Technology: Silly But Somewhat Useful Novel Reference for The Structure Of Technology: Science Fiction Universe: My Galactic Empire Civilization Was Exposed| 科幻宇宙:我银河帝国文明被曝光
too lazy to comment, but i did sure enjoy reading it, so 5 stars you go...tho im quite curious about those characters mentioned during the talk with the tree since theres no mention of them before, but oh well,i'll just wait for it. keep it up, author.
Don't like the book. Honestly, it was hard for me to read. author is a little slow and many chapters have errors. Feels ai written
A good novel with an interesting power system I wish it was less messy about the MC objectives, it often feel in the wuxia kind of "even higher power" thanks for the books I ll read it all
The story was good and interesting till he started using AI to write most of it, I got the title "I am the god of technology" but I don't see where he's the god of technology, more like the God of deep dive virtual reality, because he has no story on earth, and he made none of that tech and it's just weird to call yourself the god of technology when your whole thing is extracting powers, also writing with AI, it's super annoying, you can use AI, sure but the overuse and not even being subtle about it just dropping whatever chatgpt throw at you is low
initially it was interesting but now after he started using virtual world like some cabage farming the ability itself look broken and stupid . I like op but too much of broken logic is very bad. last ones like wish and super sayan power and stupid backstory of cosmic tree.. I can't take it.. bye see you guys if the novel reach 1000
Was enjoying the book till recently... Until he started going into anime quantum worlds and getting powers and other things from there... Feels the novel become more of a fan-fiction than an original novel...
Reveal SpoilerStart and end of first volume was good. The middle of the first volume was hard to read at times but get through it and the start of the second volume will please you. (don’t know about the rest of the second volume as it has yet to be written)
Reveal SpoilerLoving this book man. I haven’t liked a book this much since Strongest Abandoned Son. In all aspects this book is phenomenal. I only wish we would really get 2 chapters a day. With how many books the author is working on tho, I understand. Overall, Top 3 books I’ve ever read. Keep it up 👍🏾
Since enough chapters have been released and enough genuine reviews have been accumulated, it's time for me to do the usual author's review. Similar to Guild Wars, I will explain the pros and cons of the novel. Pros: 1. Stable updates - at least 2 chapters a day of 1.5k words. 2. No face slapping - might only be one such scene every 100 chapters at best 3. Sensible - Both the narration and the characters in this novel act their age as well as just like they would if they actually existed, not according to character personality archetypes. 4. Stable yet relatively fast plot - due to the lack of much filler, the plot moves smoothly per each chapter. if something is not being done to achieve the long-term goal, something is being explained, learned or taught. Cons: 1. Too many sub-genres: At there exists a virtual reality world similar to the one in Ready Player One that is used by the denizens of the future universe for various daily purposes, there are many worlds the protagonist will visit to achieve his goals, al of which being of different genres. 2. Sexual content: I acknowledge that for some, this might be a pro, but for many more, this is a con. It's not as explicit and descriptive as what I did for guild wars, so it's somewhat mild. 3. Possibility of a harem: I am also aware that there are many who cannot stand the harem genre, so I am listing this as a con. What I can say, for both harem likers and harm haters, is that the harem in this novel is not necessarily idyllic like in other novels - even Guild Wars - but very brutally realistic. Lemme warn you of that ahead of time. 4. Early premium: This one is unfortunate, because of the fact that it is part of the contest and it got contracted very late, I was forced to set the premium early in order to have a fighting chance at winning. For now, that's basically it since there are only a few chapters out. You're free to ask questions and I will reply if they are well structured and prudent, but if they are due to ignorance - like you skimming or having comprehension issues - I will leave them to other readers to answer.
