Loved the book. Gets a 1 star rating because of the absurdity of the cost. After 40 chapters your choice is to either give up on it or she'll out 11,000 coins at once to buy the entire book. Ludicrous.

Haven't read the entirety and still at 900 chapters at most but it's all worth it the time. Sure it may take me my whole college years to catch up to the latest update but I'd be a glad nonetheless

I love the novel overall just I do not have 200 dollars to shell out to purchase the whole book even if it's on sale I would rather purchase batch chapters please end sale soon please

i haven't done much reviews but I think this book deserves it. I'm in chapter 294 as of this moment and feel like the author is an engineer or ever went through engineering major or physics. This refinement job is so similar to physicist or mechanical engineer. The solid work is really astounding. I have nothing much but praise instead. If I need to critic anything, maybe at few parts could be too elaborate with details that I could skip. Or maybe how Li Yao ego's flatten the exact same way everytime so far. but other than that I'm gonna give a solid 10. Gonna read this book til the end. I'm so grateful to the author and translator. Finding this gem before the year end definitely made my year!

When you realize it’s 40k. It’s a great storyline adaptation and wonderful. I do recommend it even if you haven’t been exposed to 40k universe

another bad review to get the authors attention. I don't mind paying for the chapters, but forcing us to buy the entire book instead of single chapters is a huge letdown.

BAD REVIEW to get the authors attention. Great story. I thoroughly enjoy it uptill chapter 39. I hit a $200 pay wall with no way to pay per chapter. I will correct review when this insane pay wall is fixed.

Only rating so low since after Chapter 39, there’s a paywall that makes it difficult to continue the story. While I’ve become accustomed to it while being on the app, I hadn’t yet run into a paywall that only allows you pay for the whole book in order to continue the story until this one. I’m all for supporting the author, but when I’m not even given an option of supporting the author by a chapter to chapter basis and have to choose between paying over $100 for coins vs what $20 can bring me with other stories, I’m forced to choose the option that’ll allow me to make the most with what I’ve got.

So everything was going decent until chapter 2700 something. For some reason the translation quality took a huge hit, the names are all being mixed up when it comes to the forces and pronouns do not matter. Who cares if the person is a he/she, lets switch it up constantly. Its starting to make me angry. I know the novel has been completed, so its unlikely it'll be fixed. But i can hope.

Really, this is truly a transcendent sci-if cultivation story (that goes on.. and on; and on). The space elements are spectacular without diverging from the sense of being a traditional Wuxia epic. If you need a story to keep you entertained for days, this is it.

I love this story/novel from the past 3-4years and am following it.And although there is a repeatative plot,it excellent. Keep up the novel. Awaiting new works.

The story is good but has an annoying repetitiveness to it. Everyone will look down on the MC and he will prove them wrong with his competence. In an endless cycle. It's way over the top.

I didnt think this would be picked up again, but I started again after seeing that its no longer abandoned and have reached halfway through this story. The story itself is one of the most impressive I've seen amongst Chinese novels and it also caters to my addictions. At the same time, the faults would be the exposition the author does time to time that may last even several chapters. I considered this okay sometimes similar to Tom Clancy novels because sometimes it lets you understand a lot of the background events or its a setup for what will happen next (which is why 4/5). Antagonists in this story are probably what sets it apart from anything else Ive read and have been a pleasure to read. I hope that I wont be disappointed when I reach the end since I heard it doesnt end in the ways of typical Chinese webnovels.

The new guys who picked it up (Atlas Studios) are utter rubbish. They are constantly translating all of the place names wrong, and call every female character he/him randomly. Webnovel should demand a refund or get them to fix it, because it has ruined the later arcs.

I really liked this and wish more people had read it so it wouldn’t have gotten dropped. The first part of the story is fun progression and face-slapping. After that, it becomes much more epic in scope, and in my opinion it does a praiseworthy job of fleshing out various competing philosophies on how best to develop and expand civilizations in situations with limited resources and outside aggressors. This is kind of a spoiler, but toward the end of the novel, a stand-in for the author who is written into the story gives a very plausible explanation for why this novel didn’t do well: The first few hundred chapters are pretty cliche and forgettable, so people who are sick of these kinds of stories quickly stop reading. Then, after the first few hundred chapters, the novel transitions into something different with a slower pace, and this change makes the people who liked the first part of the novel stop reading. But new people who might like the stuff after the first part of the story do not have a good entry point so they don’t start reading. So at some point all you have left is the fraction of the original readers who were both fine with the beginning of the story and kept reading after the story evolved. This is definitely a cautionary tale for aspiring *writers*, but the novel is a good read for *readers* willing to stick with it.
