And somehow all the scientists are to stupid to explain in normal language what their research means. For real? How did they ever get a single government grant to do research, back on earth, if they can't explain it in normal terms/language? On top of this lets just make the MC even stupider. MC could have just asked them to simplify their research into ****** terms and into just a few paragraphs. But what ever the Scientists are stupid and so is the MC in this Sci-Fy LN.

Just for some reason I feel that I need to memorize this number "30 min". OH NO that is to hard to remember. I need 12 days to keep working at trying to remember this awfully huge odd number so that things don't go wrong. I mean how hard is it to remember "ok, it will take 30 min from start to liftoff"? Also, how much foreshadowing does the author need to give? Now I already know the whole plot of what is going to happen on this world.

I find it mindboggling how few precautions are maybe, they do not even have walkie talkies.... WTF ... 2 ships land but they have no communication, all power is gone in 20 hours... WTF .. I get that air ventilation drains power but how are there not communication devices with power, this should be more than basic..

Again the powers are useful for predicting danger but they keep ignoring it when it counts.
