This is a great story. The mc keeps evolving and changing as the circumstances around keep getting stranger and more difficult. Truly a great blend of adventure, action, comedy, and some romance and tragedy. Because of this story I have gone and sought the authors previous work within this world and am enjoying that one as well.

Had high hopes for the book(title n character was okay but...), read tens of chapters and I feel it's kinda disappointing so far. Just hope it gets better -feels kinda empty.

This webnovel was really good until the story was abruptly terminated by the author due to him getting sick. What could have been a gem of novel ended up being a tragic read. Readers beware, this webnovel ended prematurely and will leave you frustrated over being invested in it and not getting any closure at all.

The characters are incredibly flat and very 1 dimensional I read much more than i should have and I knew more about his fatty friends personality and appearance than the MC's It was really a bit shallow unfortunately

I really like this novel. It has a completely different cultivation system with a unique world that you rarely see in other novels. However, one thing that was annoying for me was the breakthroughs. MC is a swordsman and throughout the novel he has multiple breakthroughs in his swordsmanship which, to me, doesn't really seem to do anything since there isn't really anything to measure them by and are simply confusing. Also, the ending was terrible as it kind of ended abruptly without a proper conclusion. I'm pretty sure something happened to the author so he decided to stop writing it in the middle of the story but still gave it an ending, albeit a bad one. If you don't like terrible endings, I reccomend easing out of it before the final arc so you're not met with any cliffhangers.
