There could be a special activation method. After all, she did fight a bunch of NPC monsters of a much higher level for a super long time. It would make sense for the “tyrannical class” to have a gimmick like that.
Huh?! xD That doesn't seem right. The only explanation I can come up with is that it must be a "set-effect" on her armor set that Ye Xiu had her complete, it must have some sort of condition to activate a weaker-version of the level 50 skill or something like that. That's the only thing I can come up with!! Unless her plot armor just awoken and she has officially replaced Ye Xiu as the main protagonist?! (gasp!, sarcasm lol)
Then the writer wrote himself to a corner and activated both plot armour and plot convenience devices stupidly... I like tang Roy's character and I don't want her to die that's why I'm angry at this whole unnecessary plot convenience when there's a simple solution for it that fits Tang's personality even better... But nooo... Let her han wenzing herself to a plot convenience over something so stupid instead...
This whole scene is dumb beyond belief... She's just crazily attacking the guy who wasn't even planning on attacking her instead of her to deal with the swarm of monsters around her... A spirited person would kill the monsters he brought over to show him that she didn't consider what he did as a threat rather madly and frantically attack him stupidly with nothing to show for it...
