I can confirm with this type of scam tho, back at my home country (not china) this kind of thing also happened alot, and they usually target local countrymen and dont dare to provoke foreigner

Like I said last chapter, this is a common scam in China. I used to live in Hong Kong, and when a deal is too good then the Chinese are scamming you.
