I just recently watched the anime and guyyyyyyyy!!!!! it was one of the best. Better than dragon ball in my opinion.

The plot was really nice however the ending felt too rushed.

This is an intriguing novel. The characters are developed well and the cultivation system is written pretty well in an attempt to somewhat specialize it to different regions of the world. The humor is quite great in that the MC has a decently sharp tongue. It is obviously written from the point of view someone unaware of the world. The novel drops the IQ of fighters and organizations around the world by several points. They got America's arrogance spot on but made their main organizing seem to be from a frat house with little organization along with most other countries not having much organization. All that being said I enjoyed the story the humor is great. The MC is an orphan and has great character growth. His relationship with his kinda adopted sister is wholesome. If you read it with a grain of salt realizing it is heavily biased towards China and is a fantasy novel you will enjoy it.

One of my personal top 3 picks to read over and over. The Main character shows alot of personal growth through this novel while still maintaining the lovable qualities that made me pick it up to begin with. This book has it all, slice of life, adventure, growth, system, witty

🥺🥺 Quite decent actually, though not that immersive or something, the plot is there, development is there, power ups is there, thankfully the mc is not too op so fast and quite smart although sometimes f**king idiot, and there are comedies. Good read.

It's a decent story, and I like the characters, but main character, an orphan who's main goal is to look out only for himself and his "sister", becomes extremely patriotic at some point. His system sometimes tells him people's names and whenever he notices a foreign name he decides that the person in question is a spy, and hunts them down in cold blood. He's also uncharacteristically eager to join the military. Whatever happened to his self preservation?

I didn't read this for the longest time because of the synopsis mentioning the mc getting strong through poisonous chicken soup not knowing what poisonous chicken soup meant and taking it literally

Let's start with the obvious. This book is amazing. The way the world developed from beginning to the last arc, was done splendidly. Character development was also done well, albeit not perfectly. There truly was comedy in this, and it brought a joy to the heart that made one feel as though it truly were an interaction between brothers and dear friends. Now to the more obvious. The story lacked very much in answering questions, relieving doubts, and introducing wholesome romance. In fact, it truly lacked romance to begin with. After about 85%-90%, the story began to feel rushed. Extremely rushed. So even though the book truly brought a joy to the heart, it as well, left a gaping hole. There was no closure, even though the ending was pleasant, it left too much to the void of space. There was no word on how Lu and Xiaoyu continued their lives. Coral wasn't even mentioned, Tear Tricker wasn't even mentioned. None of the Puppet Masters were given closure. In short, the ending felt empty. What should have been said, was not said. What should have been seen, was not seen.

Loved the book! Very funny and enjoyable until the last twenty percent or so. Unfortunately it felt very rushed and the conclusion was not satisfying at all. many endings for important characters never addressed and felt very loose.

One of the funniest novels I've read in webnovel. However there are lots of elements that are very similar to other light novel stories but the way the story is delivered would help you to read another chapter then again another...

The start of the story translation was so horrible that ruin the story I couldn't even read the book but it gets better which is 400+ chapters in. The plot armor in this book is too powerful the MC is always cautious and it feels like in every disadvantage he always somehow finds a way to come out on top not that I am complaining though. Other than that the story and character are pretty well done. What I loved is that the MC trolls others so hard which the only way he earns points to exchange in the system.

A very well written and entertaining book. Overall, the pace is good, character well developed, humour is great. I love how the MC cracks funny remarks just to earn distress points. His use of stinky tofu is epic.
