Theres something Ive noticed after reading up until this point. We dont really have much connection with the MC. We dony 'know' him that well. Sure he doesnt seem as greedy as his antagonists. But all I ever hear him talk about is levelling up. His interaction with his roomates were barely mentioned, his coaching lessons were simplified (except for Feifei, but even that kinda missed the mark) and even as he parted ways with Feifei, the reason he said he didnt want to part ways with her was because he cant train a world champion to level up. Idk.. it just comes off as shallow and tbh MC doesnt seem like he has any social life outside of that too. He just spends his free time reading or playing games on his phone. Im not saying thats a bad thing but the formula is getting kind of.. bland, especially with the "everyone looks down on him until he proves otherwise" plot. Maybe itll change for the better from this point on, what with him seemingly having more interaction ("more") with Xu and Feifei. But as of now.. he just feels like an empty shell and theres nothing about his character to feel emotionally attached to.
I would appreciate it if MC didn’t see every one of his ‘students’ as business deals only, where he can gain exp and upgrade his cheat system. Hope to see him build bonds in the future otherwise he’ll just be a plain unlikeable human being. And I would hate to have wasted my time on such a wastrel MC.
