Synopsis
After succumbing to alcoholism and losing his sense of self, Ken, a young nurse, and heir to a wealthy father living abroad, becomes a public nuisance and a shadow of his former self. While his career and workplace interactions suffer, Ken finds comfort in the glittering allure of the nightlife like a hopeless man. Efforts to reform Ken through incarceration prove futile, and his future seems bleak. However, a glimmer of hope emerges when he is rescued from the reformatory. Upon returning to his village, Ken must confront his past and fight to stay true to his newfound identity. But will he succeed, or will he be pulled back into the darkness?

This novel is really getting interesting from one chapter to another. I feel like I'm watching a movie as I read. I can't wait to see what will happen to Ken. I've really liked the author for the great chapters that don't just end shortly like chapters from some authors, when you are starting to enjoy and just lose interest.
