It is the year 3575, Every 5 years all children in the world between the ages of 13 and 18 are required to go to the Citadel, located at every major city in the world.

These optimistic children are excited for the chance in becoming one of the one million Wisheralite's, chosen by the Heavenly shards to be granted a wish (they call super powers/quirks/abilities wishes) By being worthy of being granted a wish it is a way of gaining power and fame. Wishers use their abilities to help and protect those that don't possess wishes.....

"seriously, This is a total disaster! From any color caste this child could be from it had to be white! Let's state the obvious Wendell, It's been two years since the last calling to the closest Citadel, it is highly unlikely some street urchin just wouldn't take the chance for some power and fame.... Where missing a Heavenly wisher for christ sake!!"

Sighing in frustration Wendell turned and left heading to the exit of the Citadel. Walking through the streets of the city of Klofex he saw the tent of the slave market in the distance. Not wanting to be involved in such a sickening business he decided to avoid the tent. While passing the entrance he tensed and stopped abruptly. He felt it, the special aura of a white caste wisher. Turning quickly towards the direction of the aura he realized it was coming from the slave market! Rushing past the flaps of the tent he looked around seeing rows upon rows of slaves ranging between toddlers of the age of 4 to men and women around the age of 30. Steadily walking down the rows he tried to pinpoint the location of the aura, when he saw a white haired beauty of the age of 17 curdled up as if trying to avoid prying eyes.

Wendell smiled as if he found gold

"Found you"
