I was surprised. 

Honestly, surprise would be a smaller word to describe what I felt.

How can an Alpha have more aura and dominance than the Lycan itself even though we all know the Lycans are the supreme beings? 

How can he have more confidence and power in his walk than anyone I have ever seen?

And I assure you this was definitely not because I liked him or something.

The way he stood there after killing the last remaining rogue who came to abduct me, I didn't know what to think of it as I averted my gaze from him.

This was my chance to leave. 

I wasn't ready to face him. Not because I did something wrong but because I didn't know what to say to him. This wasn't related to him either way.

I stepped ahead, ready to leave when I heard his cold dominating voice.
