Was he being for real?

"That can't be possible. Never in history has a pack been wiped out with no single man living. I am sure many members survived that night," I said, hoping to hear a positive answer. 

Dylan looked into my eyes before taking a deep breath and nodding as he stood again.

"Sometimes I hate it that you are so intelligent and catch up on things quickly," Dylan turned around, but not his time.

I wasn't going to let him end this topic at this turn.

I stood from the swing before holding his hand, turning him forcefully.

"What was the name of the pack? Who are my parents? Even if they died, I want to know them, to pay respect to them. If they died, who took me to the Hazel Moon pack? And if I was just an adopted daughter, did my beta parents in the Hazel Moon Pack already know about it? Is that the reason they had no problem torturing me?" I asked one after the other.
