Chapter 66: Promise Me

A few minutes later, Clarissa's cellphone rang, someone was calling her.

"Who, Riss?" asked Billy.

"Gerry called," Clarissa answered after seeing the name on the screen of her cellphone.

"Just pick it up," said Billy.

Clarissa nodded, then she immediately went out to pick up the phone from her brother.

"Hello, Gerry. What is it?" Clarissa asked.

"Hello, Riss. Where are you now?" asked Gerry over the phone.

"I'm working in the office. What's wrong, Ger? Why does your voice sound like someone is panicking? What is it?" Clarissa asked.

"Riss, can you go home now?" instead of answering his sister's question, Gerry asked a new question.

"Go home? Yes, it just so happens that my boss isn't there so I can go home quickly," Clarissa answered.

"Not going back to the apartment, Riss. But back to Indonesia."
