"Lancelot, stay with me or you'll get lost in the dark," Vanilla ordered, advancing cautiously yet hurried through the vomit of spiderwebs and egg sac balls. She didn't want to smash some of the egg sacs by accident and make angry the bigger spiders.

Or worse, that would liberate hundreds of spiderlings, and they would crawl all over her body, biting her in vengeance and injecting their deadly venom.

Although the carrier effect of Custos Aranea made her immune to poison, that didn't mean it would not hurt a lot. Using the plush of Witzy back there was already painful enough.

"Can you see well?" She asked Lancelot, walking behind her.

"Yeah, kind of. I've got some sort of night vision with me, you know? And please go slower. Unlike you, these webs are getting all tangled on my bones as I move. What do you do to not let it stick all over your body?"
