Chapter 46: Chapter Forty Six

Alex looked at Adrian's face, who was sleeping peacefully. The man had just slept after dinner and had taken medicine afterward. The doctor did advise him to get plenty of rest. For the whole day, he was guarded by his mom and dad, and in the afternoon, Alex replaced them together with Karl and Alice.

For the next three days, she will remain in Banff, because she has asked permission from the school on the grounds of illness. The day after tomorrow, she will return to Manila with Adrian's dad and Karl. His mom and Alice would stay behind to look after the man for the next four days. Adrian really has to rest for a week in the hospital, so the doctor can monitor his condition. If he is better, he is allowed to return to Manila, although he still has to rest at home for a whole week.
