Crusaders of Kraniel

The year is 2257 A.D, and humans have colonized much of the solar system.

A former high schooler and pro gamer named Clay Crassius has since retired after a fatal car accident that not only killed his whole family, but damaged both of his eyes. Now living somewhere in Asia in total darkness and in a life of poverty, he busks the city streets every night to make a living.

But when an incident reunites him with a former classmate which had a much larger success in the gaming industry than him, he earns the opportunity to become one of the very first players of what the gaming critics have called the "Masterpiece of the Century", the first "true" VRMMORPG, [Crusaders of Kraniel].

Set on the fictional planet of Xenania and its moon Cosa, the game promises its players beautiful graphics, immersive atmosphere, intelligent NPC's, and limitless emergent gameplay thanks to a new advanced AI system called FATE. You could become anyone you want, and do anything you want to do, and your deeds will become part of the game's history. The possibilities are endless.

"But how can I possibly play this game if I'm blind as a bat?" Clay asked.

Little did Clay know the other miraculous feature of this game: when you play, any missing senses will be temporarily restored.
