Double System Conundrum DBC

[System] — the name given to the computer-like aid given by God to mankind as a final act of kindness before it was abandoned to its own faith. The veil between the natural and the supernatural was broken, shattered — but mankind is and was always its own worst enemy.

Hundreds of years have passed. The rule of thumb for certain areas is — the strong rule the weak. In one such a bastion of unfairness, a boy named Carter grows up like many others: with his System magically bound and his rights reduced to that of a slave. That's life in Morpheus.

Except - There is more to him than just that, and there is more to Morpheus than the desire to dominate. When, after betrayal and sorrow both, Carter awakens to the knowledge that he, too, now carries a system, even if the collar that binds him still remains, rage spurns him to walk a path paved in blood.
