Chapter 538: Present Time (One)

FIVE YEARS LATER

"Daddy!"

At the entrance hall, two pretty little girls ran toward the man who had just entered the door. The man, none other than Vincent, broadened his smile upon seeing his eldest daughters welcoming his arrival.

"Hello, my princesses!"

Vincent scooped his two daughters from the floor and carried them in his arms. He then placed tiny kisses on their hair, asking, "Did you miss Daddy?"

"Yes!" Hilary and Lavender answered concurrently. Even though they talk to their dad through FaceTime every day when he is away, they feel thrilled to see him home from his business trips.

That week, Vincent had to visit P Country to attend the quarterly meeting of his own companies, and he was away for three days.

"Where are your brothers?"

Vincent looked around, but he didn't see the boys. The only children who were excited to meet him were the girls.

"Daddy, they were playing with Uncle James!"
