Chapter 540: Present Time (Three)

"Hello, kids!"

Jacob entered the kid's bedroom carrying a lot of presents. The kids attacked him with hugs and were excited to query which boxes were for them.

But Hilary queried differently among the elder siblings. She looked at Jacob with innocent eyes and asked, "Grandpa, which one for Benj and Hailsey?"

Hilary's selfless behavior moved the adults in that room. Jacob put down the gifts and embraced his amazing granddaughter.

It looks like Hilary is already showing maturity at such a young age, and she will grow up to be a wonderful older sister.

The parents, Hailee and Vincent, were too proud to see their daughter behaving this way. They were confident that she would be a responsible being in the future, and this gladdened them that someday she would become reliable.
