This not being harem is the main plus point for me...... I don't really like them in a harry potter like world setting plus the fl is luna which is another nice touch.... and great work translating so far
The main character has nothing to do with the nobility! he's more like the friendly neighborhood guy who's seen a few movies about noble people and is trying to emulate them a little. He does not have an aura of nobility (The author sometimes tries to create it... but the next second he spoils everything by making him some kind of accessible simpleton). I'm very disappointed (I was expecting something more aristocratic and sophisticated...)
As a heads up translator stated on his patreon he will drop this and start up a one piece fic if he still isn't feeling this by the 100 chapter mark and currently it is at 91 on patreon

I do understand what you're trying to achieve, I really do. With the over the top moments of "Pureblood" greetings and manners, hell, even penmanship, these all seem to have this unbelievable reaction from the adults around him. Its comes across as pretentious and artificial, By drawing attention to something that should be a natural state makes it come across as disingenuous. As an example, the Age of Samurai in Japan was a intense history of people whos highest goal in life was Honor and craftsmanship, both of which people dedicated their lives too, they lived it, they didn't "show off", and the people of the world recognized this, they didn't go around making grandiose actions and expecting people to bow at the feet of an 11 year old. That's the second annoyance, he's 11, now have you ever seen a 11 year old in a 3 piece suit at a wedding? It looks weird and out of place... and so does a 11 year old trying to sound/act like a 55 year old head butler for royalty. If you'd said Hogwarts starts at 18 then his behavior would have made somewhat more sense, but as it stands, I can believe in magic but not in an 11 year old trying to act like a "Pureblood" and experts with decades of experience being impressed. So I'd rate this as 5/10
I really like the theme of gaunt family background and how the slytherin changed I really appreciate it and please continue this novel and continue the development of its story even the harry potter movie if finished add more to be more interesting
