"You can't turn him, pet."

Aila had left multiple cuts into Clint by this point and forced vampire blood into his system each time. Though, the effect of her blood caused him to convulse and his wounds to heal rapidly. She noted dryly that it must be her werewolf and vampire genes fighting for dominance and not rolling over well for the pathetic human. 

"I wanted him to rot in a cell living as a being he hates most, though!" Aila whined as she stepped back from the hunter, growing bored of his quiet acceptance of the pain she inflicted. She knew he felt the pain, he flinched, or his body adjusted slightly. She had tried for over an hour now to hear him scream once, but he didn't. 

Every time she carved into him, she relived the moments he stabbed her mother brutally. Each time, she'd sink her blade deeper; it was only after Cassius pulled her away and told her to feed her blood to him again that she recentred herself.
