Chapter 469: Happened To Miss Each Other

The black-robed man hiding in the tree was so startled that he quickly dodged the bowl that came flying at him. However, no matter how fast he reacted, the bowl still smashed viciously into his arm.

The black-robed man only heard the sound of bones breaking. He cried out in pain and fell from the tree.

Su Ying picked up a tree branch from the ground and walked towards him.

The black-robed man looked at Su Ying in bewilderment. His uninjured hand pulled out the sword hanging by his body and stabbed at Su Ying. Su Ying swung the branch in her hand, and the collision with the sharp sword jolted the sword into making buzzing noises. The black-robed man felt the numbness spread from his hand to his heart.

The black-robed man was so frightened that he dropped his sword and turned around to flee.

"You knocked over my soup, yet you still want to run!" Su Ying was so angry that she smashed the branch against his leg.
