Synopsis
On the day of her wedding to her childhood sweetheart, Natalie Ford received an unexpected gift: a marriage certificate. It stated that she was already married to a complete stranger—Aiden Handrix.
While the wedding guests continued to mock and insult her, her lover Ivan decided to dump her, choosing to marry her half-sister Briena instead. To add insult to injury, she was thrown out of her home.
To prove her innocence, Natalie Ford could only take one course of action - she had to find this mysterious Aiden Handrix and get to the bottom of this!
The next day, there was news trending on the TV. Justine Harper, the heir of the richest family in the Bayford was returning home. Natalie’s eyes narrowed at the TV screen.

Okay, this was a ride I didn't expect. And it was worth every minute used to read this book because... We've got everything I wanted here: Strong FL - ✅ A good plot - ✅ Engaging first chapters -✅ Yummy ML - ✅ A touch of mystery -✅ And FORBIDDEN ROMANCE - ✅ I've been searching for a worthy forbidden romance book on this app and constantly get disappointed. Now, I'm finally satisfying my hunger with this book. I only starting to read this so I don't know the spice level. 💋
I found this book by luck and I am so happy I did! The story just grabbed me from the beginning and now I can’t wait to read how it develops and what will happen next to the main characters.
Strong 👏 Female 👏 Lead 👏 An absolutely banger, face-slapping, word whiplash! I came for the event fast pass, and stayed for the story. Dropping this one in my reading list 👍
This story is great. Well written and funny! The characters are all straight forward and strong. I love all the grandparents and their conniving plans to match up their grandkids!
This story is pacing well and pretty comical (where FL and ML are concerned ). I hope the rest of the story is fast paced as well and not draggy. I'm only at Chapter 31 and enjoying it. Their connection is going to be fun to see. No blood relation but complicated 😂. Something different so far
i kindaa like it though topic or step brother n sister seems a bit off, but kinda like the story uptill now hoping for more chapters and development to be in a different angle not on the cheap side.All the best to the writer.cheering for you
So far it is a good novel, however it reminds me of a book I read in the past where the fl mom is alive in a country with a man who likes her and is keeping her sedated and as a hostage, I think. the mother is drugged and cant remember anything. Also when the fl was away for 5 years she met a very skilled man who helped her a lot, she doesnt like him but he likes her a lot and wants her to go back. I 'm sure the name of the book is differnt though🤔
I like this book. witty dialogues.. strong main leads, funny.. though I don't understand, how is he a step brother, if he is just the adopted son?! But I would like to continue reading..
too short chapters and just few, need more chapters...it's difficult to unlock and pay when we don't know if it's a complete or not novel

Another book that’s going in my library. The story has a great plot so far and I love that the main characters aren’t the typical pitiful, easily taken advantage of and idiotic, brainless fools. I wish there were more chapters to binge on. Great story author. I would love to see the completion of this book.
