I don’t remember what transpired, but it was undeniably dreadful.

As I sensed the blackness whirlwind in the chamber, I stood much beyond my consciousness. I could feel it forcing its way to seize my rein.

Something unholy, truly clear, and fractious.

It rejected their pleas inhumanely. The wails and howls became vague with each swirl and, before I could think of the rusty odor, I surrendered myself to the force that had me.
