Chapter 284: First Unofficial Date

Sorry for updating the chapter without editing. Today was my birthday, and I was not that excited. Just wanted a peaceful day. Things did not go well, and too many but little unwanted running around and issues. Each time I was bothered, something good happened to remind me I have amazing people in my life. 

Small surprises, comfortable shoulder to lean on, good mentors who were willing to go out of their way to make me feel happy and cherished. I realised no matter how many struggles I get in my life, there is a solid and genuine support system that roots for me. It was the real gift, and I feel blessed.

A close friend organised a surprise dinner, and I had to update the chapter even before I reread what I typed due to the win-win deadline.
