He was so immersed in the talk that he got so irritated when his phone rang, indicating an incoming call.
He was not inclined to pick the call because everyone who knew him was aware that he would be meeting his aunt. He hated anyone disturbing his time with his family unless it was an emergency.
Emergency... What if, with a worry, he took out his phone. His eyebrow shot up in amusement.
Min Jun turned towards his aunt with a delighted smile. "Wow… I did not expect the call this soon."
He took a deep breath before he accepted the call.
"Did my tokki missed me already?" The delightful surprise was visible in his voice.
Sunny looked at her brother with surprise when she heard the nickname. She glanced at her aunt, who was also looking at her son with a raised eyebrow. But the boys carried the conversation out as they were unaware of what was going on around Young Jae. "Min Jun, don't joke around. Are you with baby-doll?"
Min Jun let out an inaudible soft chuckle as he spoke. "Here, I thought you missed me, but you wanted to talk to her. How cruel can you be to get my hopes up! Heartless."
" It is an emergency." Young Jae got frustrated.
The word emergency made Min Jun think of any potential threat that could occur for Young Jae in the research institute. He decided to ask before he rushes to the research institute. "She went shopping today. I came to meet my aunt. What is the emergency? I will help you."
"Nothing. I am just worried about her safety." Young Jae's answer confused Min Jun.
"What about her safety? Why worry about it?" Min Jun's worry curbed down, and he smiled as the older man's worry for his little brat.
Young Jae was ashamed to say what happened and ended up shuttering. "It is my cousin. He saw her in the mall and started to… you know… I… "

Young Jae felt the need to compel Min Jun's word and please him. He took a deep breath.
