There was a buzzing of engines outside the Grande Funeral Home, coming from afar and gradually getting near. A moment later Old Hank walked into the office with a person.
Hank surprisingly didn't curse or humiliate the guests. After bringing people there, he silently returned to the coffin display area and continued to wipe the coffin, like what he did every day.
The people who came were all black, only the cuffs had white hem; the round shirt collar was pinned with a silver cross, and the slightly gray hair was combed meticulously. This was a priest, Father Constantine who resided in the church to the northwest of the Grande Funeral Home's cemetery.
Zach stood up, pulled out the chair for the priest, and apologetically put away the wine glass on the desk.
