Chapter 63: Time to eliminate.

The trail of dust stormed as the door I left got shut because of the wind rushing against it. I was glad none of the kids got yanked out as I did, but that was probably because the buggy slowed down significantly.

"SPEED UP! I'll take care of these two!" I shouted as the line of buggiez quickly passed by me. Obviously, the biker terrorist grabbing onto me had to slow down the bike to accommodate my body. If they kept up the speed we would have lost balance and gotten in a little tumble.

The back of the last buggy went by me. Did they not care about me or were they just confident that I would survive? I was at least hoping for a little rebuttal from Luh-

"If you don't come home in 10 minutes I'll come out." My lens conducted to my ear a familiar voice.

Looks like Luha cared after all.

"Are you gay?" I bet the terrorist thought I was insane for joking at a time like this.

"NO! I meant outside. Ugh. Please just come back, okay?" She shouted back.

"I will." After all, I did promise her that I would stay with her always. To make up for her brother. I needed to fulfil my responsibility as a good older brother. And of course, she was still actively looking for my compassion. Her caring nature drew me i-

Wait! This wasn't the time to be getting sentimental!

I was grabbed by the terrorist sitting in the backseat. My vest was held hostage. I needed control. My hand immediately grabbed the bike handle. Now even if the terrorist left me I would still be able to secure my grip on the bike.

The other motorbike sped past us.

Ooh, almost forgot there was another one.

"First of all, let's stop the chase."

The terrorist struggled to get my hand off. But I was holding on for dear life. It would be easier to separate a tortoise's shell from its back than take my hand off the handlebar.

Unless... I did it willingly.

Burying the heels into the dirt, I anchored myself so that my steering would affect the bike. Then I cranked the handlebar to the left using all of my weight. And the motorbike flew.

'This is gonna break my damn body!'

Right between the trees on either side and right onto the farm to our side. We got some serious air time.

I let go of the handlebar.

Everyone did.

"RAAARGHHH!" I heard the terrorists shout. A shout was followed by a large splash. First, this bike, which had the most momentum and then the three of us. The man in the back- the man upfront and your's truly.

I just had it better than the other two who crashed before I did. My voluntary trajectory headed towards the deeper part of the rice field.

But just because it was a planned fall didn't mean that I would get off spotless. I, too, splashed and fell arms first. A sharp sensation enveloped my nerves.

My body was tattered. And landing in the water with that speed didn't help at all. Turned out, no matter how sturdy it was any half-human body would break eventually.

I started condensing and increasing the platelet count around my wounds and tried to get all my organ epithelium replaced. I didn't study this body extensively so this was the most I could do as far as healing was concerned.

I barely managed to stop some of the internal bleedings and fixed a little of my bones.

Luckily my mind was still all there. I think.

Point was, I needed to make the best of my health. Time wasn't on my side.

Mud, a peaceful little field. At least a fifth of which I obliterated. Bikes, and two bodies.

I pushed myself up and stumbled over to the two bikers. They were way worse off. There was a pool of blood in the water where they were swimming.

That was what you would call an accident.

I put my hand in their pockets and pulled a gun out. To put it simply I ended what I started. And when I did the amount of blood in the water increased. Another shot was fired right after that and the only living thing in the fields were the rice plants and me.

"One more bike to go…" I sighed.

"Well, how do you get there?" Rune asked.

The answer was pretty self-explanatory. I stared at the deserted and battered motorbike.

"How do I ride this?" I asked while pulling it up to the road and getting on it. My legs uncomfortably reached the ground.

"I'll get some videos up."

Pop-ups across my lens. My sight was red from my blood, but every sense seemed to be working fine. I would have been way better off had it not been for the helmet.

I took it off, threw it, and wiped everything on my face.

The pop-ups were now clear and I absorbed everything like a sponge. Hitting the igniter and messing with the first gear… I was ready to ride.

"It's time for some road rash, bitches."

I got on the bike and with a burst from the turbo, we went sailing across the field. I didn't have to match any speed. I just hurried as fast I could. The little needle went from 20 to 120 in a matter of seconds. And in a few more, the cars so far ahead of us were back in sight.

Luha was pointlessly worried, if I could learn how to drive a bike in seconds, learning how to drive a buggy would have been a walk in the park!

I sped up to 160 and just as I caught up, I slowed down to their speed. The back tire skidded on the dusty road.

My right hand left the accelerator, I was right behind them.

The open hand ventured inside the pocket and pulled out the gun I had just acquired. I aimed at the other bike's tire without wasting any time. But the bike suddenly turned to the left and over to the other side.

I missed.

I skidded right behind the buggy and caught up with the bike again on the other side. I wasn't sure about how many bullets I had left. So I had to end it with this one.

I sped up to a speeder faster than its and overtook it. Then I slowed down right in front of the bike to prevent the terrorists from chasing it. As soon as the buggiez went ahead, the bike had room to overtake mine. And I let them do it.

I had a hand equipped with a gun waiting for them.

The wait wasn't long, the next second, they tried to drive past me, there was a gas tank next to me touching my gun. Just there for me to blow up.

I shot and braked as hard as I could. The turned heads of the terrorists as well as the image of a bike just cruising in front of me, told me that I succeeded.

Milliseconds later I was at a halt, and the bike in front of me went boom, the riders went flying off.

The two enemies got eliminated. I got off the bike and ensured their death with a bullet in their chest.

I turned around to check if there were still any hostiles in the vicinity. The answer was no. We successfully got out of school.

Next stop- the house.

I got on the bike and left on another short journey to our house. There buggiez were lined up and the kids were all outside safely.

We arrived spotlessly. Well mostly, if you ignored the bullets lodged in me.
