Regression system

John a 15 year old boy is suddenly sent into a dungeon forced to fight against monsters but finds out he has the ability regression.

With this power he is able to clear the dungeon with the help of a strange system which strengthens him when he dies

Once leaving the dungeon he learns that the real world has changed and that he must become stronger to help those around him
