Chapter 20: Chapter 20: 1 Day to the Apocalypse

Leng Pan stretched out of the blanket covering her and almost cursed out loud. Lu Zhen usually looked so restrained but once he started eating her, he was like a starving beast.

Last night he had taken her in different ways, some of which seemed impossible imagining them. Eventually, she passed out from exhaustion.

She didn't even know when he had cleaned and dressed her. She really wanted to curse the person who gave her husband such good stamina because it nearly tore her apart.

She didn't linger in bed for long because she knew that she had things to do. Being tired and sore everywhere didn't matter right now. Buying supplies was what mattered the most.

She went into the bathroom and stood under the hot shower for ten minutes and felt most of the fatigue disappear before looking through her bag for clothes.

She didn't find her bag where she had placed it yesterday and opened the closet to check if it had been moved there.
