Three ships sailed through the sea on the quiet night. One of the personnel on the ships spotted a small boat in their path, with eight passengers on it. He could see the eight passengers were currently unconscious, their bodies not even twitching.
"We've got unconscious strays."
The personnel, an average-looking man, leapt down from the crow's nest. He lit up his surroundings with the flames licking at his palms, speaking to his comrade at the helm.
His comrade yawned noisily.
"We can just pick them up," his comrade waved off easily. "There was a large storm a few days ago, their ship probably capsized and they are stranded now."
"Ephert would be pleased to have more hands."
"If he was here, hearing you address him by his name, you would have your arm chopped off."
The average-looking man rolled his eyes, gesturing towards the direction where the small boat was at.
"You pick them up, I'll signal the others."
