I'm shameless but in this situation I'm not. Just because it's a system story don't mean it's gonna be cliche. I always bring new, unique and something fresh to the table. The plot, the characters, scenes, world background, expect all these to be mind-blowing. I don't like to info dump so you'll have to read more to know about a some things. Review based on what i have read so far ( chapter 60+) It's my personal opinion so if you have anything against on what I'm going to say you can write your own review 1. the world background- can't say much since the story is in early stage. So far I like how the author described the world setting, events and characters interaction. 2. pacing of the story- as a reader, personally, i feel like the author did a great job regulating this. It's not so slow where you'll be skipping words for unwanted fillers. It's not so fast where you'll feel like you missed out something. It's the best a reader can ask for, we'll, aside from the cliffhangers. 3. MC's character development- looking at things the way they progressed. His character development is understandable for me, for short i like the way the mc progress. He's a bit edgy at times, it's expected given how he lived his life up to this point. Hoping there will be some progress between him and a certain someone, i will not give a name but she's very likeable. 4. MC's system- there are not much interaction between the mc and the system unlike other novels. It has its own advantages for the mc just like every other mc, but it's not up to the point where i will call it OP. MC still has to do his part to gain something. 5. Characters surrounding the mc- they are not plain to read. They have their own depth and mystery that will make you want to know more about them. Of course, we can't forget about the stepping stones for our mc, some of them are stupid as usual while some are smart and think for themselves when to back out- unlike the stupid ones. The mc is ruthless and i like it, im not really into naive and goody-two-shoes kind. Realistically speaking, if you look at every great person at the top in our current world despite their different attitudes they all have similarities if you study them. Yes they act and do good things to look good in front of us but is that really there is? No, i think not, they're just good at hiding their worse side from our plain eyes. Every person at the top knew both the black and white of life. As what Niccolo Machiavelli said "a wise prince should be both fear and love".

So..Here's an honest review............ I have read it till 680 chp..... Its good and it really got better in middle chapters so dont leave early... .... .... If only its updated more but author just started one more new novel.... ... If any author writes a single novel and keep his focus to on that novel only..it always ends up good novel.........I hope this one dont get down the hill ..i will really be sad... Author if you have time why not update this one more....

I have only read like 60+ chapters so I will say in the beginning it was a little bit not so interesting but as the story goes by it improves chapter by chapter I really like the world building and background so far and the power system has its own mix of cultivation and bloodline and I love it it's unique. The system is a bit cliche but I don't mind. Overall the story is pretty good.

I hate the female she's just not comparable with Gustav like miss Aimee is there's no chemistry it's just a cliche romance plot with nothing exciting about it I would have thoroughly preferred miss aimee over any that's why I dropped the book.

releasing chapters is God awful. despite that it's amazing. just hope he finds a muse to inspire him to write more.

Lacks editing. Use of the same words over and over (intensely), incorrect words (severally vs severely) and common modern slang used in a highly futuristic non-earth world (vibing) pulls you right out of the story which could be phenomenal. Further, current update rate because the author implemented “vote or I don’t update” style comments while beginning new stories and asking readers to invest in other poorly updated stories that may never be finished is poor strategy on authors part. Finish the book and let people spend coins reading a finished story while you focus on your new projects. No new readers will start a 1400 chapter story with 1/week updates.

start updating the book and fix what you have, or just quit all together bec you are wasting our time and money for those thelat purchases privilege. this has gone on way too long. I personally wasted a lot on privilege for this book.

So far I have read to 1397. I don’t like reading a chapter at the time and prefer power reading chapters but other than that I have nothing negative to say. I love this novel.

Overall, its a great story. I like the context and at the start the MC is really fleshed out. A bullied coward who's weak and, although he doesn't have the lingering attachments that I'd like to see, he's a good character nonetheless. However, as you go further on in the story, Gustav changes and becomes like almost every other MC. I don't really enjoy the change since I'd rather see him be as cynical as he used to be a person with trust issues and things like that. Its also easy to notice that the Author is losing his ideas and stretching the story out too far. The quality is fine, but everything is becoming 2D. The Author revealed the answers instead of slowly showing it bit by bit and Gustav is becoming naive. With Miss Aimee, you can tell the Author wanted to stop the clichee of some old geezer being super powerful and teaching the MC so they made the 'old geezer' a young woman. More evidence is shown when the Author does a vote asking whether Gustav should abandon Angy by "impregnating Miss Aimee". Also, rather than continuing the story slowly, its better to speed it up slightly. Ignoring the last sentence though, Endric. He's a cocky brat who can't handle the idea of Gustav being stronger than him and I liked that! It gave him the potential to either be the best antagonist or to have a really good redemption arc. Then he goes and gets beaten up by a teacher and then he suddenly likes Gustav? And now he acts like a robotic, pious believer of Gustav? Unbelievable. I would've liked seeing him be broken down bit by bit by either different people he knew or people he cared for. Then I'd like seeing him understand everything from Gustav's pov. He became really shallow and I don't like that potential being wasted like this. A similar example to how this could've been better is this, a book I love, Level Up Legacy. Oren and Arthur share a similar relationship but it only serves to show how irreversible their relationship is as Arthur took the mantle of being the 'father'. And it even deepens it by some statements that Arthur said, he said that he didn't like being near worshipped by Oren and therefore, he made Oren leave. I want to see something similar where Endric will disagree with Gustav or where they need to separate for some reason. Sorry for the paragraph!

I love this book Soo much it's characters and every thing about it from when Gustav was all alone to where he now has people to love and support him it's just very remarkable I just love this story with all my heart ❤️❤️❤️ personally it's like a story of a broken heart getting fixed and being made strong with every passing moment 🤗🤗🤗

Just started reading this book and its already making sense but then you can also check Crimson Retribution. Tho its new its also a vampire bloodline story.

the book is good hero is not dumb that is good too...but I don't like the way you break chef bomb case into multiple parts in between the story......it makes me loose intrest ....too much and prolonged suspense is not good

The story is pretty good so far, but can someone tell me what's going on after chapter 657? Like, chapter 658 is a repeat of the previous chapter and the chapters after that don't continue from chapter 657, I'm mixed up and don't know where to contine from😢

characters in the story are all well written in my opinion and I have read other system novels but this novel takes the cake it's not only concentrating on the system but also the environment around the main character

This, by all means is one of the best system based books I've read so far. The development of the book is pretty good and doesn't get boring going forward.
