Two years ago, Von Royner was presumed dead, killed alongside his father in a CIA-orchestrated hit meant to erase a bloodline too dangerous to exist.

His father, James Royner, had a rare and lethal ability: he could see the first ten seconds of any person’s actions before they happened. A gift the government feared. A secret they buried with bullets and fire.
