The year is 2021. A tyrannical leader rules America by endorsing fear. If there was one thing that President H. Despised, it was disloyal people. His famous phrase; "disloyal rats, are better off dead."
When Michael Enoch, a twenty-seven year-old loyal information collector, deal maker and trustee to president H., becomes a whistle-blower and the only surviving witness to the horrific aftermath of one of his employer's desperate actions to "Act Great for All Mankind", he becomes the White House's next target. Fearing for his life, Michael flees before the White House can send out a hit man, earning him the title "Disloyalist."
Jaymie and Jonas Sanders, two brothers, and long-time loyal supporters of President H., become the bounty hunters that are sent to track down, and exterminate the Disloyalist.
However, once Michael is apprehended, the three young men realize that there is more to President H.'s rule than meets the eye...
