The Land Of Water is secluded from the other four great nations, their rules and ways of doing differ greatly from the others. Among its barbaric ways of creating shinobis, Mori becomes a particularly talented one. He scourges the battlefield and fights for the village that doesn't treat him well. He is part of the lower caste of Kirigakure and seen as fodder by the Mizukage.
