Kat's dead body was found inside of the small closet in her room, a space no one would've thought to go looking for her. The only people in the room, were Rocco, Oliver, me and Penelope, our resident healer.

The stand-in actually, her grandfather went over to the Silvertail pack for another seminar, strictly for Healers.

"Alpha, she's been dead for over two days now." Penelope informed me with her head lowered in disappoinment.

"Two days? And it's just now someone's noticing?!" Rocco spat out in disbelief with both hands on his hips, whilst his eyes scanned the small room she lived in.

It fazed me by how cramped her living space was, she tirelessly worked in the kitchen, I believed she and the domestic wolves had better living areas.
