What the hell was going on? Wasn't Alpha Scott meant to be dead? How come he was here alive and very much not dead?

"Scott! What is the meaning of this?!" Renold growled at him, he clenched his fingers into a fist and raised it over his head, his face reddened with anger. But the guards held him back, keeping the two separated.

"Give it a rest already Renold! It's over!" Alpha Scott cried out, making my chest tighten.

"What the fuck do you mean? And why is that brat sitting there? Explain yourself!" Renold grunted, struggling against the men pressing down his shoulders.

I had an eye for these sorts of situations, something horribly wrong had happened, and I wanted no part of it. While everyone had their attention on the scene happening, I discreetly took some steps back. I was just a weak Omega, no one was going to notice if I slipped away.
