The Erusean Kingdom. The regional superpower on the Usean continent, one of the few nations that managed to survive the storm of unrest in the 1870s.
But not all was well. The King is bedridden, and the nobles are split into factions, fighting over the succession of the crown.
Right in the middle is me. Kalden Ruth. The second son of a Duke. And I just pissed off the second prince — one of the two contenders of the throne.
His supporters want me gone. And the Prince's mother, the second empress gave a bankrupt fief to rule in the hopes I would die by the hands of an angry mob.
And all I wanted to do was to explore and experience this world as a human.
Looks like I have to start showing off my powers.
