Chapter 55: selflessness is quite expensive

After leaving Dagne's room, she scurried down the corridor to her old room. She had flashbacks to times she used to sneak out of the room in past rounds to catch on nonsense with Dange or prank Amara with Viper and Silver. She smiled sadly at bittersweet memories. This conversation would not be so filled with amusement and fun as she expected. She didn't want to enter the arena the next day without a calm and focused mind. She needed to know how to get out of this place with a few of her friends lying dead on the battlefield as possible.
