Tossed into another world quite similar to our own, with only an annoying sprite that does nothing but act as a translator (complete with long delays and mtl), Wang ZhiYue, now living as Alexander, finds himself in possession of a strange power to create portals, and an invitation to participate in a mysterious "War" arranged by the Gods themselves.

But Alex just wants to live a decent life, and mess around with all the new changes happening to the new world until the day he dies fulfilled and content. Fate won't let that happen however, and when the times call for a hero, a certain lazy braggart will be forced to walk a journey of epic proportions in order to save the world, and possibly something beyond even that.

Let the Curtains Rise, as Alex hops through history itself and fulfills the bidding of his new sugar mo- *cough* *cough*, indebted patron, in order to finally have time to laze around and rel- I mean, SAVE THE TIMELINE!
