TMNT:A new friend or foe? (leo x reader)

This is based on a character's POV called Hitaro. She may seem like an ordinary girl but she has some pretty dark secrets. Her father is non other than the Shredder himself and her mother was a mutant. This gives her the ability to tranform into a dragon mutant, which allows Hitaro to control any element she wishes (fire, water, electric and more).
That is until she meets a blue clad turtle who will mostly likely change her attitude towards her father.
