I'm completely obsessed with this novel 😍, it has captivated me from the very first chapter. The plot is dark and thrilling, it keeps you on edge all the time, with a lot of action, dangers and twists that maintain a great rhythm, giving you more than one heart attack on the way. The main characters are endearing in a very particular way. As the story goes, you can feel the subtle change in their personalities, how they evolve step by step, but keep their essence anyway. I like that they aren't the perfect couple stereotypes, they have a lot of layers that makes them more complex and intriguing. The slow burned relationship between the FL and ML is amazing, they are absolutely perfect for each other. I'm in love with Hardy, that f*cking sexy badass dread lord. And I truly admire the strength of character of Faye from the beginning, despite all her self doubt and fears, she's also a badass in her own accord. Definitely recommend this story, I'll probably re-read it as soon as I finish it ❤️
