"What have you done now?"

Alix found herself sitting between her two brothers that had come along with the cavalry. Beord and Adler had showed up not just because they were ministers but also because they were her brothers. 

Given her condition, if they didn't come after such an explosion, their parents would skin them alive.

This question was raised by Adler while Beord took took pictures to share on the official Blue star communication page to assure everyone that everything was okay, not just with the governor but the planet. 

Scarlet smiled innocently as if she had done nothing wrong and he was speaking nonsense. "Why does it have to be something I have done? You make it sound as if I am a troublemaker." 

"Ha! if i didn't know you quite well I would actually believe you." Adler replied. 

Scarlet raised her hands and said hopefully, "Pregnancy brain."

"No." he answered sternly.
