In the kingdom of Dwargon the king received some worrisome news. A kingdom of monsters had been created somehow. Worse still they were growing in numbers at an alarming rate. On top of that they had created a weapon powerful enough to heavily damage if not completely wipe out his city in one shot.
He had asked his subordinates to monitor the situation of an unusual slime that had visited their city a few months back and that had proved to be a wise decision.
Making sure to not move too fast he decided he needed to speak with its leaders as soon as possible making sure to keep his military at standby in case elimination was his only option.
Meanwhile a massive argument was happening in a meeting of the demon lords. While the magicule bomb was reported not many really cared as power far surpassing it wasn't uncommon in the demon lords, however monitoring of the situation was needed.
This is when the bickering began, who would be the ones responsible for monitoring the new city?
During their petty arguments one particular individual spoke the loudest. Demon Lord Milim Nava, one of the first demon lords decided that she would go, forcing everyone to back down.
While they were all demon lords Milim far surpassed many of them. Her rage was also well known among them so in order to avoid her retaliation they had all agreed. However, while she was among the strongest she wasn't exactly the smartest. With a mind closer resembling a child's than an adult she was easily controlled.
Once she left, the arguments quickly started back up. Who would monitor the situation? After a long exhausting argument they had all come to an agreement. Each would send one subordinate to monitor the city. While not the ideal for many of them this would have to do for now.
Back in the town soon to become the capital of Tempest one lone slime saw it all coming. Migeru knew the demon lords more than they knew each other and knowing that the bomb wasn't enough to immediately threaten them he knew they would only observe for now. King Gazel Dwargo wouldn't be much of a problem either. With the threat of the magicule bomb, peace would be something he would aim for, for sure.
He was already making a huge batch of candy in preparation for Milim's arrival. Being several steps ahead of everyone thanks to [Genius] he knew if he played his cards right he could manipulate them to do whatever he wanted without them even realizing. For the first time since reincarnation his highly manipulative nature had been reawakened.
