"You are dismissed for today'' Emperor William said and left the throne room after the end of that day's audience. 

Ministers and other higher officials excused themselves as they departed from the palace. Cassian maintained steady steps while walking toward his carriage. But contrary to his dignified and indifferent steps, his mind was filled with the topic of today's meeting. It was a heavy topic, to begin with in the first place. The illegal slavery of Elves seemed to have enraged the Elven empire, Zinambra. 

As much as he knew, Findara had been fiercely against all kinds of slavery. Be it Humans or supernatural, they did not tolerate slavery. This conduct had a reason of its own. During the Golden war that transpired centuries ago, humans suffered greatly under the supernaturals. They have been torn apart from their families to become a blood bank for Vampires, emergency meat stock for Werewolves, and experimental pieces in drug testing for Elves.
