The Franklin House is one of the oldest establishment in Greater London. It was a high-end club and gathering for the elites of the British Upper class, including nobles, politicians, businessmen and socialites alike.

The club's membership also extends to even high ranking government officials; many of whom are heads of important government agencies like Scotland Yard and MI6.

Lord Benjamin Wright, the Head of the British Secret Intelligence Service (SIS), better known as MI6, was a member of the Franklin House. 

The Intelligence spymaster in his late fifties was a frequent visitor in the club and could be mingling with many of the movers and pushers of British society.
