Kapitel 42: Chapter 42:- Special Chapter [X]
After Naruto and the boys had enjoyed the hot spring water for some time, the boys had dinner together. Instead of going out of the inn, they just ordered dinner in their room as everyone was feeling lazy and didn't want to go out to eat.
Once they started eating dinner, Naruto realized that he had severely underestimated just how much food Choji would eat.
Being from the Akimichi clan, Choji could eat more food than Shikamaru, Naruto, Kiba, and Shino combined could eat. Of course, Choji paid for his own food.
"I am still feeling hungry." A few hours after eating Dinner, Naruto felt that he was getting hungry. Since his stamina and Chakra have been increasing like crazy due to his bloodline purification, Naruto has been required to eat more food otherwise he would feel hungry. It did not mean that he ate like Choji or anyone from the Akimichi clan. The amount of food that Naruto consumed on a regular basis had almost doubled.
'I will grab a quick meal outside.' Looking at his left, he found that all the boys already had fallen asleep. This was understandable since neither of the boys had the monstrous stamina that a Uzumaki clan member would have.
Besides, Naruto was already used to doing long journeys outside of the village. His body was used to it. But they were different. This might be the first time in their life whole lives that they have walked for this long. They are going to be tired.
'This kind of kind of explains why everyone ate more than usual, especially Choji.' Naruto thought as he wore a black hoodie and then walked out of the room.
Before they went to sleep, Naruto already had informed his boys that he was going to visit his mother's room for a while. So no one would be worried if they woke up in the middle of the night and saw that Naruto wasn't in the room.
'I want Ramen!!!!' For some reason, Naruto was craving Ramen. Because he ate with mom's cooked food, Naruto had Ramen once or twice every week.
As Naruto was about to walk out of the inn, he heard a familiar voice calling from behind.
"Naruto-kun....!!!!" Turning around, Naruto found that it was Ino.
Seeing her, Naruto was slightly surprised. As this was the first time, he had seen Ino in such a casual outfit. She was wearing a white Baggy shirt and a long skirt.
"Are you going somewhere this late?" She asked curiously.
"I am feeling a little bit hungry so I was thinking of having some Ramen. Do you want to come along?" Naruto's unexpected invitation caught Ino off guard. She was just here to grab a cold drink.
'But why not....!!!!!' Ino thought as she stared at Naruto. It was already 11. Although if she was alone, she wouldn't have gone outside this late as it's not safe for a girl to go out this late. But with Naruto being her side, she had nothing to worry about.
'This will be a perfect opportunity to see the village's nightlife.' Ino became slightly excited.
"Sure."
"Let's go then." While walking beside Naruto, Ino looked at him. She couldn't help but admire just how handsome he had grown in these months.
But Naruto had grown 6 feet tall. 2/3 of his entire right arm had grown back as well. It seems by the time of their graduation, his arm was fully going to recover.
His short hair had become somewhat long and messy. His hair was now a mix of Crimson and blond hair strands. It did not mean that his hair made him look ugly or anything. But rather his long hair and his unique hair colors gave him a bad boy-type vibe.
"Is there anything on my face?" Naruto caught Ino staring at him so he asked.
"No....nothing.....!!!" Ino quickly looked away as her cheeks slightly turned red.
Rather than being empty, at this time, the streets were very crowded. The crowd was mostly men. And almost half of these men were drunk or walking with a bottle of wine. All kinds of shops had been closed by now other than the bars, the nightclubs, and some hotels and restaurants.
From what Naruto heard, the Crimson Leaf City had a huge red-light district. The red light district was so big that even Shinobi from Konoha often came here to have fun as the red light district in Konoha wasn't that big.
And since compared to Konoha, this village's rules were somewhat lax, prostitute businesses could freely expand their business. There were prostitute centers that had women and skilled men from all the 5 elemental nations.
Seeing the crowd, Naruto held Ino's left arm. "Stay close to me." In such a large crowd, it was very easy to get lost. Not to mention that some drunk guy might even try to do inappropriate things to Ino. This is why Naruto held her arm. Since he had brought her along, he was responsible for her safety.
Although Ino was surprised by what Naruto did she also understood the reason behind this. Understanding the reason behind his action, Ino felt warm and sweet inside. She also tightly grasped his palm as she did not want to get separated from Naruto. Ino knew that this village wasn't as safe as Konoha was. Especially when the village rules weren't that restrictive.
Even the hidden Leaf village wasn't safe at night. There were cases of sexual harassment, robbing, stealing, and killing in Konoha. Things weren't used to be like this when the Uchiha Police was still there. With the mass massacre of the entire clan, till now the Hokage hasn't been able to find any suitable replacement for the Uchiha police force. Without the police force, crimes in Konoha have somewhat increased, especially during nighttime.
"I thought you girls would be sleeping by now." While walking through the crowd, Naruto suddenly spoke.
"Well, by now everyone is more or less sleeping. I just came down to get a cold drink. But who would have thought that I would find you? Such a coincidence!!!!" Ino looked at his arm. His arm was warm, unlike her cold hands.
Being held by like gave her a sense of warmth. It made her feel protected. 'My hand feels really small compared to his. I guess boys have big hands.'
While they were talking, suddenly a drunk man accidentally pushed Ino from behind. From the impact, Ino was about to fall forward when Naruto grabbed her shoulders and stopped her from falling.
"Are you okay?" Naruto asked in a very gentle tone. As for the drunk man, he glanced at the man for a second.
"Y....Yeah....!!" Ino felt her cheeks getting warm. She was slightly blushing.
'Why do I feel like this when I am with Naruto?' Ino asked herself.
As for the drunk man, Naruto used his hypnotizing powers on him. This was not his first-time using『Enthralling Gaze』on someone. He already had experimented with this skill on some civilians in Konoha. This skill was essentially like Genjutsu. Naruto could control the minds of people with this skill. Of course, he can also hypnotize Shinobi. And like Genjutsu, the person who has been hypnotized could free himself if he is strong enough. And against someone who is stronger than Naruto or as strong as him, this skill won't work at all.
Naruto used 『Enthralling Gaze』to make the man return home and go to bed. The next morning, when he wakes up, he will return to his usual self. He won't remember what happened tonight.
Naruto made sure to keep an eye on people who might have bad intentions for Ino. These scums might try to use the crowd to touch her from behind. But fortunately, no one tried to do anything to Ino. If anyone had tried, then Naruto would have tortured them.
Around a few minutes later, they got out of the crowded streets.
This made Ino wonder if Naruto would let go of her hand. It wasn't as if she was complaining. 'His warm hand actually feels really nice. Instead of wearing this thin baggy shirt, I should have worn my sweater. I feel cold.' Since it was December, it was a lot colder, especially during nighttime.
Ino stopped walking as she saw Naruto offering a black hoodie to her. "Wear this, otherwise, you will catch a cold." Naruto did not want her to fall sick on this trip.
"Thank you.....!!!" She said in a low tone. Ino took the hoodie and wore it while blushing.
'Why does this Hoodie smell so nice?' Ino wondered after wearing the hoodie. She now felt a lot warmer than before.
'It's Naruto's body fragrance. I never knew that Naruto-kun smelled this good.' Ino thought while blushing.

From now on I will not be able to upload seven days a week. Before the length of each chapter used to be 1500+ words. But now the length of each chapter is going to be 2,000+ or above depending on how much content I might need to add in each chapter. I will upload 3 to 4 chapters per week. This schedule isn't going to be permanent, Maybe once my exams are over and once I have more time on my hands then I will change the schedule. Some weeks, I might even upload 5 to 6 chapters if I am free that week.
I do not want to stop writing this novel. But if I try to write this novel while being exhausted and with very little time on my hand then eventually I will become tired and I won't feel like writing this novel anymore. This has happened to me in the past as well.
In this month, I have failed to keep up my daily uploads for 12 days. So instead of trying to update regularly, it would make more sense that I just increase the length of each chapter and upload every two or three days.
The chapters are going to come out on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and even Monday. The chapters might come on other days of the week as well but that is only if I am free on other days.
